Aiki Founders' Associate Program — Business Success & Product Validation
Join Aiki's founding cohort and help shape our business operations and validate our workforce participation concept. As an Associate, you'll work with real businesses to support their growth using Aiki, validate how businesses and customers use the platform, gather product and market insights, and build a portfolio through measurable business outcomes. The top 30 applicants will be selected to join the paid founding cohort, gaining access to experienced mentors, exclusive program resources, and performance-based compensation. Business Growth Sprint: Help 2 Businesses Grow with Aiki
We're inviting early-career professionals to join Aiki's first Business Growth Sprint. Over six weeks, selected participants will work with two real businesses to help them get started on Aiki, improve how they manage customer enquiries, organise their operations, and strengthen their online presence. Along the way, you'll document business challenges, identify product improvements, and build a portfolio backed by real business outcomes.
