Join Aiki's founding cohort and help shape our business operating system and validate the future of workforce participation. As a Founding Associate, you'll work with real businesses to support their growth using Aiki, validate how businesses and customers use the platform, generate product and market insights, and build a portfolio through measurable business outcomes. You'll also help introduce organizations that may be interested in launching talent programs on Aiki, contributing to the validation of Aiki's embedded workforce model. The top 30 applicants will join the paid founding cohort, gaining access to experienced mentors, exclusive program resources, and performance-based compensation.
